How does JungleOS stack up to CPQ and PSA tools for services estimating?

Most quoting tools were built to price products. Professional services firms sell effort: roles, hours, phases and risk. JungleOS Scope builds the estimate from the answers to a sizing questionnaire, and JungleOS Charter turns the estimate into a statement of work.

JungleOS vs Zoho CPQ

JungleOS vs Workday Services CPQ and PSA

Workday Services CPQ is built for services. Estimates are built from phases, tasks and service catalogs priced by role, not from a sizing questionnaire. It is the only tool we found that auto-generates a SoW, and it requires the Workday Financials and PSA stack.

JungleOS vs PSA tools: Kantata, Certinia, Accelo, Scoro and Productive

PSA tools run projects, resources and delivery, and most include some estimating. Kantata estimates from role-and-rate cards; Certinia from rate cards, templates or a previous estimate, and its Guided Scoping feature builds estimates from requirement questions. Accelo, Scoro and Productive produce quotes, estimates or budgets.

FAQ

Which tools estimate services from a sizing questionnaire?

JungleOS Scope does. Of the tools we reviewed, Certinia also offers questionnaire-driven estimates through Guided Scoping. Zoho CPQ and SAP CPQ use guided selling to recommend products, not to size effort.

Which tools generate a statement of work from the estimate?

JungleOS Charter generates a SoW from the estimate. Workday generates SoWs and requires the Workday Financials and PSA stack. Certinia offers an optional Output Builder. In what we found, Zoho, Accelo and Scoro produce quotes, and Productive offers PDF downloads.

Do I need to run an implementation project?

No. Sign up and configure it yourself, or apply for the pilot and we build your first template.

Does JungleOS replace my PSA?

No. JungleOS does not track time or send invoices. It handles the estimate and the SoW, and works alongside the tools you use for delivery and billing.

What file formats does JungleOS export?

Word (DOCX) for SoWs and estimates, Excel for the full estimate workbook, CSV for payment schedules, and SVG for timelines.

Does JungleOS sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data.
